Nein. Termin.BauKastl funktioniert komplett eigenständig als Terminverwaltung. Mit gebuchtem Rechnungs.BauKastl können Sie Termine direkt zu Rechnung/Angebot machen, mit gebuchtem Web.BauKastl bekommt Ihre Website einen Online-Buchungs-Block — beides ist optional.
Ja. Die Routenberechnung läuft über einen selbst gehosteten Kartendienst (OSRM/Nominatim, Open-Street-Map-Daten) — Ihre Kundenadressen verlassen zu keinem Zeitpunkt unsere eigene Infrastruktur.
Google und Microsoft erlauben Drittanbietern technisch keine echte CalDAV-Zwei-Wege-Anbindung. Termin.BauKastl bietet dafür einen Einweg-iCal-Feed: Ihre TBK-Termine erscheinen zuverlässig in Google/Outlook, umgekehrt sehen Sie externe Termine als Blocker im TBK-Kalender. Für Apple/iCloud und Nextcloud funktioniert die echte Zwei-Wege-Synchronisation.
Beliebig viele, ohne Aufpreis. Jeder Mitarbeiter kann auf ausgewählte oder alle Kalender zugreifen, meldet sich mit eigenem Passwort an und wird beim ersten Login zum Passwort-Wechsel aufgefordert.
Nach Kündigung: 30 Tage Gnadenfrist zum Datenexport. Danach werden die Daten Ihrer Instanz vollständig gelöscht.
Rechenzentrum Hetzner in Deutschland (Falkenstein oder Nürnberg), ISO 27001 zertifiziert. Ihre Instanz läuft in einer eigenen Datenbank und einem eigenen Prozess — keine Vermischung mit anderen Mandanten.
